  1. The juicing diets I've heard are as a meal replacement, not an entire day. Usually breakfast, since most people skip it even though it's important for starting the metabolism for the entire day.

  2. It's called the BLOOD TYPE DIET. The Dukan Diet is actually very healthy. Gluten really is CRAP! Juicing is kind of a joke because people get HUNGRY and then binge! I talk about all kinds of crazy diets on my YouTube Channel! 🙂 

  3. Jennifer Aniston needs to add a little bit more to her diet. FFS. She's way too thin and she can't be getting everything her body needs just from juicing, no matter how many vitamins or supplements might be added.
