These are probably the top 2 mistakes people make when trying the Beyonce Knowles diet or the celebrity diet. These are serious mistakes for the following reasons. Preparing yourself not only physically but, also mentally is key for success on the cleanse. Preparation means to fully understand what you’re going through and to not be alarmed at the transformation/discomfort that your body will be going through during the Beyonce Knowles diet. A simple of this is that many people just simply quit half way through the cleanse when there body starts to feel discomfortable; if they new that was a natural thing to happen during the cleanse and that it is a sign that your body is detoxifying or healing itself, they would probably not have this problem.




#2 They think that the idea behind the Beyonce Knowles diet/ celebrity cleansing and fasting is voodoo and not natural.

It is also interesting to note that fasting and cleansing have been around for 100s and 1000s of years and almost of the great civilization Greeks, Chinese, Indians did some form of these practices.
